About the Event
The full moon day in the 4th month of the Tibetan lunar calendar, TGÖ organises a prayer gathering. Saga Dawa commemorates the birth, enlightenment and death (Parinirvana) of Buddha Shakyamuni. Most of the time this falls in the months of May or June.
